Improper Behavior

This is a professional practice, and all appointments are strictly professional.

Everyone Is Welcome

This is a safe, judgment-free space for everyone. Hate speech or discriminatory statements will not be tolerated.

Illness / Poor Health

Please do not come to your appointment if you are sick, as this puts our therapists and other clients at risk. Cancellation fees are waived when you are ill.

If you frequently need to cancel due to illness, we may require a note from your physician confirming that you are well enough to receive massage therapy.

Rescheduling

We require at least 12 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment. Without appropriate notice, 50% or more of the scheduled session fee may be charged to the card on file.

We understand that emergencies happen and will take them into consideration.

Cancellations / No-Shows

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. If you cancel with less notice and we are unable to fill your appointment, the full session fee will be charged to the card on file.

If you do not show for your appointment, the full session fee will be charged, and future appointments must be prepaid for at least three (3) months.
